3. Create EMF-Free Zones: Establish dedicated EMF-free areas in your home, such as bedrooms, where you spend a significant amount of time. Minimize the number of electronic devices present, especially those connected to Wi-Fi networks. Creating an environment free from EMFs will allow your body to rest and rejuvenate without unnecessary exposure.
4. Distance is Key: Maintain a safe distance from EMF-emitting devices. Keep your laptop on a desk, rather than on your lap, reducing exposure to your sensitive reproductive organs. When using Wi-Fi, position the router away from frequently occupied areas, such as the bedroom or living room.

9 Ways to Remediate EMFs (See Video Below)

There is much confusion about how to protect yourself and remediate the effects of EMF Radiation. How to Know if Your Products Are Working Or Not

Q. Do Negative Ion or Electron Devices Work?

A: Yes and No. It depends on what you are trying to achieve

  1. Does some good addressing free radicals

  2. No negative side effects, just positive

  3. BUT does NOT address the VGCC (Voltage Gated Calcium Channel) issue. In other words the Chaos (root cause) remains. More info:

Q: Is “blocking” EMF’s a better way to be protected?

A:    No.  There are various issues with the “Blocking EMF” solution.  Here are 3 examples:

  1. If you used special paint and window shades to block EMFs on all walls and ceilings of your house, EMFs theoretically could not get in. Sounds good, yes?  The huge problem is that the EMFs in the home also can not get out.  So any EMFs inside the home would be amplified!!!  (That means they’d be worse!)  EMFs from electrical appliances, Wi-Fi, cell phones, etc, which are inside the home, would all be bouncing off walls inside creating a ton of the Chaos that we’re trying to avoid.

  2. If you blocked EMFs from a cell phone or a Wi-Fi Router (for example), then they would not work anymore. So blocking devices is also not a good idea.

  3. Cellphone cases that “Block EMFs” don’t work and could maybe make things worse.  A Microwave Oven heats things up because the photons bounce around in there off of the walls creating so much “chaos” and “vibrating of particles” that things are heated.  It might be a terrible idea to have something similar happen inside of your pocket.  The microwaves do get out the edges of the case eventually and when they come out, they could have much more “chaos” and vibration. Remember... this is really where the problem comes from regarding EMFs!

Q:    Does the Stetzer Dirty Electricity Filter protect us from the harmful effects of EMFs? (We use the Stetzer Dirty Electricity Meter…so should we use their product, the “EMF Dirty Electricity Filter”?)

A:    No.  The makers probably meant very well but it seems like many other products out there, don’t understand how EMFs harm people. So they came up with a solution that doesn’t work, and it actually makes it a little worse!  Here’s a brief explanation and a VIDEO you can share with clients below.

The Stetzer Filter converts Dirty Electricity frequencies (4,000 to 100,000 Hz) back to Electricity frequencies (60Hz).  So their meter reads LOW after their product is plugged in which looks great, but if you test the plug with the Gauss/Electricity Meter you’ll see that these levels went way up at the same time.  We know that basically, ALL frequencies produce Subatomic Chaos.  So converting one frequency to another didn’t fix anything, and the conversion process itself seems to maybe produce MORE chaos on top of things.

Q:    Do products that claim to block EMFs from a cell phone work?

A:    None that we’ve tested.  First, if they did work, the cell phone wouldn’t work.  It needs that frequency to send and receive info to make calls, use the internet, etc.  Also, since you now have a microwave meter you can measure the cell phone with and without the cases that claim to block EMFs.  We’ve never found one that works.  The EMFs seem to measure just as high with and without the case on.

Q:    Is Grounding “Earthing” helpful?

A:    It depends!  (Since our products take care of seemingly all observable effects, it‘s probably best to avoid grounding mats or other Grounding or Earthing products unless you can at least muscle test the outcomes.  Here’s what one engineer says (who is joined by other scientists, MDs, etc):

“When you plug your Earthing mat or bed sheet into the ground of an electrical socket, you are connecting to the ground of your home electrical wiring system. Even if this system is properly grounded, there is a high likelihood that it contains some of the different frequencies that are on your home wiring. These frequencies will then be going into your body through the grounding products whenever you lie down. This electromagnetic interference can create havoc within the 50 trillion cells of your body – all of which communicate using tiny electric signals. This can’t be a good thing over time. Some people can actually feel these frequencies when they sleep on a grounding sheet in a home with dirty electricity.”

“Electric fields can be detected with a spectrum analyzer or body voltage meter. Many people will use the body voltage meter to show that when they are touching a grounding mat/sheet, the electric fields go down significantly. This could lead them to believe that they are protected. However, this is actually incorrect. The electrical field is still present. It’s just that your body is now connected to the ground (it is now part of the circuit so the differential is zero), so it only appears that the field is diminishing. The Earthing equipment is not reducing the electric fields. In fact, by being connected to the ground, you are now part of the very pathway by which all nearby electromagnetic frequencies (including wireless frequencies) will pass through to the Earth and your home electrical system. This will actually add to the EMF pollution that your body is dealing with, rather than reducing it or protecting you.”

Q:    What are Schumann waves?

A: EMFs at 7.83 Hz (as estimated by Winfried Otto Schumann). 

These are EMFs that travel between the Earth’s Ionosphere and the Earth’s surface.  All EMFs travel the speed of light so this is how long they take to bounce back and forth from the Earth to the Atmosphere and back.  It is said to be the “pulse of the earth” and to be important for humans because we have evolved with this frequency.  It is theorized that with all of the new man-made EMF frequencies added to the earth (and because we spend so much time inside) that we might not be getting this “pulse” that we probably need to be our healthiest.

Q:    Are Schumann waves enough to remediate EMFs?

A:    “NO” would be our best and easy guess.

Adding healthy frequencies sounds like a great idea to EMF Solutions.  But we have never seen it shown anywhere that adding these “good” frequencies takes away the biological or harmful effects of EMFs.

  2. Most cell phone use stickers that are weaker from the start and fade fast

  4. Regarding Aulterra: One Aulterra research results show that the power, dBm, of the of their Neutralizer device lowers the power (dBm) of the cell phone by 30%. What happens when you do this? It disrupts the cell phone signal and you may not be able to talk to people with it!

    1. When a cell phone has a lower dBm, it means that the received signal is weaker. Weaker signals are more susceptible to interference, noise, and distortion during transmission. This can lead to a decrease in call quality, such as increased call drop rates, poor voice quality, or slow data speeds.

Purpose: The vagus nerve is a crucial part of the autonomic nervous system that plays a role in regulating various bodily functions, including heart rate, digestion, and stress response. Stimulating the vagus nerve can have a calming and relaxing effect on the body and mind.

Here are some vagus nerve exercises that are commonly recommended:

  1. Deep Breathing: Slow, diaphragmatic breathing is one of the simplest ways to stimulate the vagus nerve. Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your abdomen to rise, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Aim for a 5-7 second inhalation and a 5-7 second exhalation. Repeat this for a few minutes.

  2. Humming: Humming can stimulate the vagus nerve because it involves the muscles in the back of your throat that are connected to the vagus nerve. Simply hum a tune or the sound "Om" for a few minutes.

  3. Gargling: Gargling with warm saltwater or plain water can activate the vagus nerve. Gargle for about 30 seconds to a minute several times a day.

  4. Singing and Chanting: Singing, especially deep and resonant singing, can engage the vagus nerve. Chanting or singing in a group can also be socially and emotionally beneficial. I love Singing to God, for He is Amazing!

  5. Cold Exposure: Exposure to cold, such as splashing your face with cold water or taking a cold shower, can activate the vagus nerve's response to stress. Start with a brief exposure and gradually increase the duration if you're not accustomed to cold therapy.

  6. Laughter: Laughter is a natural way to stimulate the vagus nerve. Watch a funny video, read jokes, or engage in activities that make you laugh.

  7. Quiet Times: God knows how we get easily distracted. I like Me time with God. He is my Source of Ultimate love, peace and healing. Including Him in all our activities is His desire because He Loves to hang out with You and me. Why not get His Boundless Love, and His unlimited knowledge, understanding, wisdom & counsel (Is 11:2)? He thinks about you and me all the time and His thoughts of you are Greater than the sands of the sea! (Ps 139). When you Seek Him as Your Primary source of Connection and Intimacy, He’ll take care of all your needs! (Mt 6:33)

  8. Intermittent Fasting: Some research suggests that intermittent fasting can enhance vagal tone. However, if you are considering fasting, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have underlying health conditions.

  9. Probiotics: Maintaining a healthy gut microbiome through probiotics may indirectly affect vagal tone because there is a strong connection between the gut and the brain through the vagus nerve.

It's important to note that while these exercises may help stimulate the vagus nerve and promote relaxation, they should not replace medical treatment or advice for specific medical conditions. However, this occurred only in patients with low, not high, vagal activity (HRV). Furthermore, in patients with advanced tumor stage at diagnosis, high HRV predicted lower tumor marker levels than did low HRV, in both cancers. Estimating a cancer patient's prognosis by determining his tumor stage needs to also consider the vagal nerve activity. This activity is easily measurable, and it determines in which subjects the tumor stage is prognostic. Importantly, higher vagal activity may even protect against the adverse effects of advanced cancer stage. These findings, observed in two distinct cancers, support the hypothesized neuroimmunomodulatory effects of vagal nerve activity on tumors.

If you are like me, my temptation is too procrastinate about my health. Why?  Because I feel "fine".  Did you know that your liver and your pancreas have to fail about 90% before you have symptoms? Have you heard or know of anyone suddenly dying or being diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic cancer? One 48 year old women was diagnosed with 8-10 years to live even with chemo and radiation.  She educated herself and elected to take the “Science based Nutrition” approach. 12 years later, she is living vibrantly with complete cancer remission without chemo, radiation or surgery.

I would say that at least 90% of my patients are shocked with the amount of pills that I take, it's not a random thing that I do and I don't search the internet for which supplements I need to take, I use a science-based approach, analyzing blood, urine and hair to see what nutrients I need. What is the difference between a medical approach vs a more comprehensive approach to health? 

If you take a look at the a medical approach to solving a disease, they say that these drugs treat the disease whether it would be cancer, heart disease or whatever, but does it really cure it? Before I did this work, my mom thought she had remission from breast cancer.   Remission, in the medical definition is no evidence of disease.  Classically, someone is in 100% remission if the disease does not come back in 5 years.   Well, my mom died 4 years after they said she was cured of the cancer.  It spread throughout her body and I watched her die in front of me from the cancer. I’m really sad I did not know how to help her get healthy back then. 

When I take a comprehensive approach, it’s not to treat a disease.  It’s to stack the favor in my odds by getting healthy. Questions I usually pose to my patients:

Q. Can you be healthy and have disease at the same time?

Q. Can you have cancer destroying your body and be healthy at the same time?

That doesn't make sense does it? I believe a healthy body fights cancer well! We've seen stage 4 cancer turn around by helping people get healthier.

“The reductionist approach is the “standard of care” in the medical field”

As an example of the reductionist philosophy, you go to your medical doctor for a symptom.  The doctor tells you need this drug. You swallow it and it gives you an immediate effect. The reductionist mindset only thinks about reducing the symptoms rather than address the cause of the symptoms.  Drugs have immediate profound effects to force your body to do something but also have collateral damage on your body. Every drug has negative side effects. So while I think its okay to take it for an acute emergency situation, I believe it's the wrong approach to dealing with a chronic health issue. Please make sure to analyze the cost/benefit ratio when deciding on any treatment. The reductionist approach is the “standard of care” in the medical field.

On the other hand, taking a “comprehensive” view of your body is much different then the “reductionist” approach.  Analyzing all the aspects that contribute to health are essential to tipping the odds of health to your side.  This involves factors like diet, lifestyle, environmental and even emotional well being.  It strives to balance your body with the goal of not only minimizing symptoms but preventing disease.

There is a barrage of information on the internet and it can be confusing.  I love using a simple, evidence based approach by looking deeper for causes that show up much sooner in blood, hair and urine analysis (ex for toxic heavy metals).  Once we know the root issues, we guide you through a comprehensive plan to get you healthy, and then retest periodically to check for progress.  This process has worked with hundreds of doctors who have helped thousands of patients over 30 years.  Confusion is eliminated.
