Q: Is “blocking” EMF’s a better way to be protected?

A:    No.  There are various issues with the “Blocking EMF” solution.  Here are 3 examples:

  1. If you used special paint and window shades to block EMFs on all walls and ceilings of your house, EMFs theoretically could not get in. Sounds good, yes?  The huge problem is that the EMFs in the home also can not get out.  So any EMFs inside the home would be amplified!!!  (That means they’d be worse!)  EMFs from electrical appliances, Wi-Fi, cell phones, etc, which are inside the home, would all be bouncing off walls inside creating a ton of the Chaos that we’re trying to avoid.

  2. If you blocked EMFs from a cell phone or a Wi-Fi Router (for example), then they would not work anymore. So blocking devices is also not a good idea.

  3. Cellphone cases that “Block EMFs” don’t work and could maybe make things worse.  A Microwave Oven heats things up because the photons bounce around in there off of the walls creating so much “chaos” and “vibrating of particles” that things are heated.  It might be a terrible idea to have something similar happen inside of your pocket.  The microwaves do get out the edges of the case eventually and when they come out, they could have much more “chaos” and vibration. Remember... this is really where the problem comes from regarding EMFs!

Q:    Does the Stetzer Dirty Electricity Filter protect us from the harmful effects of EMFs? (We use the Stetzer Dirty Electricity Meter…so should we use their product, the “EMF Dirty Electricity Filter”?)

A:    No.  The makers probably meant very well but it seems like many other products out there, don’t understand how EMFs harm people. So they came up with a solution that doesn’t work, and it actually makes it a little worse!  Here’s a brief explanation and a VIDEO you can share with clients below.

The Stetzer Filter converts Dirty Electricity frequencies (4,000 to 100,000 Hz) back to Electricity frequencies (60Hz).  So their meter reads LOW after their product is plugged in which looks great, but if you test the plug with the Gauss/Electricity Meter you’ll see that these levels went way up at the same time.  We know that basically, ALL frequencies produce Subatomic Chaos.  So converting one frequency to another didn’t fix anything, and the conversion process itself seems to maybe produce MORE chaos on top of things.

Q:    Do products that claim to block EMFs from a cell phone work?

A:    None that we’ve tested.  First, if they did work, the cell phone wouldn’t work.  It needs that frequency to send and receive info to make calls, use the internet, etc.  Also, since you now have a microwave meter you can measure the cell phone with and without the cases that claim to block EMFs.  We’ve never found one that works.  The EMFs seem to measure just as high with and without the case on.

Q:    Is Grounding “Earthing” helpful?

A:    It depends!  (Since our products take care of seemingly all observable effects, it‘s probably best to avoid grounding mats or other Grounding or Earthing products unless you can at least muscle test the outcomes.  Here’s what one engineer says (who is joined by other scientists, MDs, etc):

“When you plug your Earthing mat or bed sheet into the ground of an electrical socket, you are connecting to the ground of your home electrical wiring system. Even if this system is properly grounded, there is a high likelihood that it contains some of the different frequencies that are on your home wiring. These frequencies will then be going into your body through the grounding products whenever you lie down. This electromagnetic interference can create havoc within the 50 trillion cells of your body – all of which communicate using tiny electric signals. This can’t be a good thing over time. Some people can actually feel these frequencies when they sleep on a grounding sheet in a home with dirty electricity.”

“Electric fields can be detected with a spectrum analyzer or body voltage meter. Many people will use the body voltage meter to show that when they are touching a grounding mat/sheet, the electric fields go down significantly. This could lead them to believe that they are protected. However, this is actually incorrect. The electrical field is still present. It’s just that your body is now connected to the ground (it is now part of the circuit so the differential is zero), so it only appears that the field is diminishing. The Earthing equipment is not reducing the electric fields. In fact, by being connected to the ground, you are now part of the very pathway by which all nearby electromagnetic frequencies (including wireless frequencies) will pass through to the Earth and your home electrical system. This will actually add to the EMF pollution that your body is dealing with, rather than reducing it or protecting you.”

Q:    What are Schumann waves?

A: EMFs at 7.83 Hz (as estimated by Winfried Otto Schumann). 

These are EMFs that travel between the Earth’s Ionosphere and the Earth’s surface.  All EMFs travel the speed of light so this is how long they take to bounce back and forth from the Earth to the Atmosphere and back.  It is said to be the “pulse of the earth” and to be important for humans because we have evolved with this frequency.  It is theorized that with all of the new man-made EMF frequencies added to the earth (and because we spend so much time inside) that we might not be getting this “pulse” that we probably need to be our healthiest.

Q:    Are Schumann waves enough to remediate EMFs?

A:    “NO” would be our best and easy guess.

Adding healthy frequencies sounds like a great idea to EMF Solutions.  But we have never seen it shown anywhere that adding these “good” frequencies takes away the biological or harmful effects of EMFs.

Q:    Some Products/Competition: Aulterra plugs, Cell Stickers, Gia, & Greenwave Plug-Ins

  1. Look up the product online and look or search for their claims ( to see which of the 9 ways they are).

  2. Most cell phone use stickers that are weaker from the start and fade fast

  3. Most plug-in devices claim to do gigantic areas and either don’t work at all or work less than a Room harmonizer

  4. Regarding Aulterra: One Aulterra research results show that the power, dBm, of the of their Neutralizer device lowers the power (dBm) of the cell phone by 30%. What happens when you do this? It disrupts the cell phone signal and you may not be able to talk to people with it!

    1. When a cell phone has a lower dBm, it means that the received signal is weaker. Weaker signals are more susceptible to interference, noise, and distortion during transmission. This can lead to a decrease in call quality, such as increased call drop rates, poor voice quality, or slow data speeds.

    2. Emf solution products do not affect the signal at all. Technology makes our lives easier. Emf solution products allow to use your cell phones and laptops and other tech with 100% signal with 100% safety!

Your Cholesterol is Low But Will You Die Sooner?

The Framingham Heart Study showed that people with a cholesterol level under 200 suffer from 40% of heart attacks.

Why has the American Heart Association changed there view on Cholesterol and Eggs? Maybe one reason is because if cholesterol is too low, you increase your mortality risk?

Cholesterol has been vilified as the major cause of heart disease.  The claim that it clogs our arteries is known world-wide, despite no scientific evidence to validate the idea. 

Heart disease was considered a very rare disease in the early 20th century.  As food processing began to take off so did the occurrence of heart disease.  By the 1950’s, it was considered a major health threat.  Over the last 50 years, a whole arsenal of drugs and surgeries has been developed to address this increasingly growing disorder 

Today, even with trillions of dollars of research and the best medical equipment available, the American Heart Association said in 2012 that Americans have a 48% chance of getting this deadly disease.

A theory developed in the 1950’s by Ancel Keys states that there is a direct relationship between the amount of saturated fat and cholesterol in the diet and the incidence of coronary heart disease. Keys’ wrote about this hypothesis promoting it throughout the medical world with questionable evidence. 

There have been hundreds of subsequent studies testing this hypothesis with different conclusions. Despite the lack of evidence, this theory took off throughout the healthcare world and was fueled by the vegetable oil and food processing industries that sought to benefit from this finding.  This is the basis for the cholesterol myth that many still believe today.

Approximately 90% of all properly documented studies investigating the lipid hypothesis do not support the claim that “artery-clogging” saturated fats and dietary cholesterol cause heart disease.

In a 1994 study in the British medical journal Lancet, London researchers analyzed the fat they found in clogged arteries. Only 26% of it was saturated animal fat. The other 74% was unsaturated. That’s the same type of fat you find in “heart healthy” canola oil.

Most of the fat within a clogged artery is not saturated fat and cholesterol.  Calcium is a major player in arterial plaque and yet very rarely discussed.

Research also shows that people with cholesterol 180 mg/dl or below are three times more likely to have a stroke.

Many people that have heart attacks are already on cholesterol lowering drugs.

Demands that will increase cholesterol requirements include stress, inflammation, demands on insulin (high carbohydrate intake). The cholesterol levels in your body are determined by your environment which you can control.

Our society has been trained to make LDL appear as bad but research is showing that it is extremely important for producing sex hormones, new cell membranes and for bringing fat soluble nutrients like vitamins A, D, E and K to the cells to help them deal with oxidative stress and function properly.

According to Dr. Mary Enig, PhD, an expert in lipid biochemistry, her extensive research on the roles of saturated fat and cholesterol in our bodies and the intake of these compounds in our diet.

1.  Cell Membrane Health:  Saturated fatty acids and cholesterol constitute at least 50% of the cell membranes. They are what gives our cells necessary stiffness and integrity.

2.  Bone Health:  They play a vital role in the health of our bones. For calcium to be effectively incorporated into the skeletal structure, at least 50% of the dietary fats should be saturated.   Cholesterol is the precursor to vitamin D & major hormones that regulate stress, energy & sex hormone (estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, testosterone) function.

3.  Lower Lp (a):  They lower Lp(a), a substance in the blood that indicates proneness to heart disease. They protect the liver from alcohol and other toxins, such as Tylenol.

4.  Enhance Immunity:  They enhance the immune system and act as an anti-depressant by enhancing serotonin receptor function.  Low cholesterol is highly associated with violent & aggressive behavior, depression, & suicidal tendencies

5.  Proper Use of Essential Fats:  They are needed for the proper utilization of essential fatty acids. Elongated omega 3 fatty acids are better retained in the tissues when the diet is rich in saturated fats.

6.  Fuel for the Heart:  Saturated 18-carbon stearic acid and 16-carbon palmitic acid are the preferred foods for the heart, which is why the fat around the heart muscle is highly saturated.  The heart draws on this reserve of fat in times of stress.

7.  Anti-Microbial Properties:  Short- and medium chain saturated fatty acids have important antimicrobial properties. They protect us against harmful microorganisms in the digestive tract.   Cholesterol plays a vital role in the repair and maintenance of the intestinal wall, preventing leaky gut syndrome, ulcerative colitis, and a host of other intestinal disorders.

8.  Antioxidant Protection:  Cholesterol is now understood to be a vital anti-oxidant that protects us from free radical damage and helps to heal any arterial damage that may have occurred.  Higher levels of free radical damage from oxidative stress = higher levels of circulating cholesterol.

9.  Bile Production:  Cholesterol produces bile salts that help us metabolize fats in our diet.

10.  Brain and Nervous System Development:  Cholesterol is extraordinarily important for babies & children as they develop their brain and nervous system.  Over half of the brain is composed of saturated fats and cholesterol.  Interestingly, one of the richest sources of cholesterol is mother’s milk, which also contains a special enzyme that helps the baby metabolize and use this nutrient.

The cholesterol myth continues to confuse and mislead both doctors and the public today.  But the truth is that cholesterol is one of the most powerful healing foods and molecules your body can ingest and produce.  The problem lies in the oxidation of cholesterol from high levels of free radicals and high firing inflammatory pathways. The key to preventing and reversing heart disease is to put out the inflammatory fires.

According to Drugs.com, more than 35 million Americans are on a statin drug, making it one of the most prescribed medicines in the U.S. 1 2 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data suggest 47.6% of seniors over the age of 75 are on a statin drug. Lipitor — which is just one of several brand name statin drugs — is one of the most profitable drugs in the history of medicine.

Medical professionals are now largely divided into two camps, one saying statins are lifesaving and safe enough for everyone, and the other saying they're largely unnecessary and harmful to boot.

Demasi suggests that to understand how health professionals can be so divided on this issue, you must follow the money. The cost of developing and getting market approval for a new drug exceeds $2.5 billion. Although most of the genome is virtually identical from person to person, up to 9% of the genome can vary among individuals. We are all busy and need to be intentional about exercise. I'm 60 years and admittedly, lack of exercise is my greatest struggle. So, I developed what worked for me in the video and pix below. It is near impossible to avoid EMF’s in today’s modern society so we suggest remediation with products that work! But here are ways to help avoid EMF’s:

For Those Who Do NOT Have Products That Are Proven On Human Cells To Work… They Might Want To Follow These Helpful Guidelines To Achieve Digital Well-Being: 

  1. Try to switch off your devices at night and when not in use: mobile phones, laptops, wifi routers, Bluetooth, etc. 

  2. Increase distance: for example, sit at arm’s length from your computer or re-position electric alarm clocks farther away from your body while in bed. If you are using the ROOM HARMONIZER by your bed or computer this should help greatly. Hold your cell phone away from your body at least 1 inch or more, especially when in use. (Read Cell Phone instructions and warnings and you’ll see most advise this already yet almost nobody reads these suggestions of course.) Fans produce huge Electromagnetic Fields so keep these FAR from where you sit or sleep and AVOID ceiling fans altogether! Or call us for advice on how to remediate these with a DEVICE CHIP.

  3. Set your personal digital well-being goals. Install apps to monitor and control and reduce screen time to prevent over-usage and disable the devices the rest of the time.

  4. If you have the ability to go outside and spend 20 to 30 minutes+ in bare feet or non-rubber soled shoes on the grass or ground to get rid of excess charges that can make things worse.

  5. Sleep with your cell phone on either airplane mode or as far away as possible.

  6. Keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices OUT of the bedroom, such as baby monitors, Alexa or Google Home, Routers, Gaming Stations, Smart TVs (although when these are “off” they stop emitting microwaves), etc.

  7. Avoid (or remediate) Google Home, Alexa, X-Box or Play Station along with all bluetooth headsets and quite frankly anything bluetooth or Wi-Fi that isn’t remediated correctly.

  8. Do not sleep on an adjustable bed or any other bed that plugs into an outlet.

  9. Most do not know but don’t fans or ceiling fans, or at least keep the fans very far from the bed. Avoid them unless you have a DEVICE CHIP on it and even then you should still keep these over 6 feet from the edge of your bed. Surprisingly they produce large, disruptive EMF fields around them which produce “Front & Back” EMF’s.

  10. Limit your time with tech and spend more time with your family and friends or people you enjoy. Spending time with loved ones and close to nature can be an efficient way to minimize digital distractions

  11. As harmful radiation emitted by these devices is one of the biggest threats to humans: make sure to place your home WiFi router at a safe distance from where you and your family spend the most time and some even replace the wireless network with a hardwired internet connection wherever possible (especially in places equipped with multiple devices such as computer labs)

  12. “Disable” the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on as many devices as you can. For example, EMF Solutions Representative, Dr. Paul uses corded earphones and puts wireless devices like Health watches on Airplane mode so it does not emit Microwave Radiation. You can also do this for Wi-Fi printers that you use cords with, etc.

  13. Avoid living near powerlines, transformers (on powerline poles), large outdoor electrical boxes, cell phone towers or antennas, or other common sense sources of EMF exposure.   14. Repair faulty wiring which may be generating higher than usual EMF.

Do you know if your supplements are helping you or not when you don't feel any different? Before I did this work, my mom thought she had remission from breast cancer.   Remission, in the medical definition is no evidence of disease.  Classically, someone is in 100% remission if the disease does not come back in 5 years.   Well, my mom died 4 years after they said she was cured of the cancer.  It spread throughout her body and I watched her die in front of me from the cancer. I’m really sad I did not know how to help her get healthy back then. 

When I take a comprehensive approach, it’s not to treat a disease.  It’s to stack the favor in my odds by getting healthy. Questions I usually pose to my patients:

Q. Can you be healthy and have disease at the same time?

Q. Can you have cancer destroying your body and be healthy at the same time?

That doesn't make sense does it? I believe a healthy body fights cancer well! We've seen stage 4 cancer turn around by helping people get healthier.

As an example of the reductionist philosophy, you go to your medical doctor for a symptom.  The doctor tells you need this drug. You swallow it and it gives you an immediate effect. The reductionist mindset only thinks about reducing the symptoms rather than address the cause of the symptoms.  Drugs have immediate profound effects to force your body to do something but also have collateral damage on your body. Every drug has negative side effects. So while I think its okay to take it for an acute emergency situation, I believe it's the wrong approach to dealing with a chronic health issue. On the other hand, taking a “comprehensive” view of your body is much different then the “reductionist” approach.  Analyzing all the aspects that contribute to health are essential to tipping the odds of health to your side.  This involves factors like diet, lifestyle, environmental and even emotional well being.  It strives to balance your body with the goal of not only minimizing symptoms but preventing disease.

There is a barrage of information on the internet and it can be confusing.  I love using a simple, evidence based approach by looking deeper for causes that show up much sooner in blood, hair and urine analysis (ex for toxic heavy metals).  Once we know the root issues, we guide you through a comprehensive plan to get you healthy, and then retest periodically to check for progress.  This process has worked with hundreds of doctors who have helped thousands of patients over 30 years.  Confusion is eliminated.
