Are Magnetic Beds Good or Bad for me?

Pros and Cons:

Pros: May give partial fix to harmful emf’s. See here for complete fix without magnets. This may be the reason that people are experiencing various benefits with magnets.

Cons: How it may affect the heart. Their are warning labels all over with magnetic therapies not to place it next to heart due to risks.

These are the questions that are unknown that I would consider before using a magnetic bed. By the way, there are no solid answers.

Waking up in the middle of the night can be caused by a variety of factors. Some of the most common causes include:

  10. Sleep Schedule: Irregular sleep schedules or jet lag can cause disturbances in your normal sleep pattern.

It's important to note that occasional awakenings are normal, but if they're frequent and affecting your quality of life, it might be helpful to consult a healthcare professional. They can help identify the underlying cause and suggest appropriate treatments or lifestyle changes.

  1. Are you a morning person or a night person? Your sleep will be better if you practice the principles below. It will help you switch your sleep-wake rhythm.

  2. Do you have more energy at night or in the morning? Answer should be the same as question 1.

  3. Did you do a saliva cortisol test? If yes, did it show more cortisol at night or in the morning? If you have high cortisol at night, practice the principles in the article below.

  4. Have you ever worked a graveyard any time in your life? Answer should be the same as question 3.

  5. When does your internal clock think you should be going to sleep? Answer should be the same as question 3.


The Importance of Healthy Daily Routines!

In the morning:

  • Open Your Windows and Let the Sun Enter your room

  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Don’t let the name intimidate you. I like simple! The following is simple! Of course, you can go more intense if you want! Do this soon after you wake up (up to 20 min total work out). Love this! Do this 3x PER DAY, 15 Repititions each time.

During the day:

  • Wear Blue-light blocking glasses (bbg’s) inside where I can't get natural light (using orange glasses).

  • Use F.lux during the day and Android's built-in blue-reducing filter.

  • Exercise as above doing HIIT. It is better to do it out in sun if you can but it is not imperative.

  • Get Some Sun

    • Huge, Huge, Huge. Get your Vitamin D! It helps prevent EVERY disease!

    • At high-noon, go out into the sun and get the Dminder App (download on the Google Play Store or App Store). The app will help you regarding when and how much time you need in the sun (based on how dark your skin is).

    • Go out as naked (socially acceptable) as possible, and without makeup.

    • Do this everyday or every other day, allowing time for your body to rest, produce aMSH (to increase melanocyte proliferation) and produce melanin on your skin - start slowly.

Before bed:

  • Limiting your exposure to light after sunset.

  • Take a Hot shower (You can wear your BBGs in the shower as well).

  • Watch the sunset.

What to do if I feel worse after Dr. Paul’s Protocols?

Note*: This Detox Protocol works well if you’re detoxifying following any treatment! Not just post-remediation.

NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT: If you feel worse immediately following Treatment with Dr. Paul or EMF remediation of your home or office, know that this is not super uncommon. It is temporary, and it’s likely a sign of your body  improving itself. In the case of EMF Remediation, when a huge stress (like EMF’s) is removed, your body may have tons more energy  which it may decide to use to flush out old toxins. About 15 to 20% of those who remediate EMF’s may  “detox” at first (which is a great sign of good things happening). This is also true of any Dr. Paul’s treaments. If you would like to make the  process gentler, shorter, or would like to avoid detox symptoms altogether, read below. Also FYI any treatment/products do not cause a detox but with more energy your body might decide to “improve” or to dump  old toxins from itself. In the worst case scenario, if you experience yucky detox symptoms, follow instructions below:

DETOXING IS TEMPORARY: The most common positive effects of Dr. Paul’s treatment or EMF Remediation are: more  energy, less fatigue, sleeping better, feeling calmer, better focus, or head pains disappearing. But if you  are the opposite (at first) know that these symptoms won’t last long and are temporary. A detox can last  hours, days, or on slim occasions even weeks. (Those with more serious Immune System Imbalances or  those who are remediating a very bad EMF environment are more likely to detox for a bit and might  consider doing both #1 and #2 below.) 

ANALOGY FOR UNDERSTANDING: For better understanding, imagine a person very suddenly goes  from smoking 2 packs of cigarettes per day to zero. That person is likely to be hacking up toxic phlegm  and dumping toxins out of their body. Quitting EMF’s is theorized to be very similar to that analogy. Our  products REALLY WORK which is why many do experience a detox. The detox itself isn’t a bad sign, it  is more a sign that you “had” issues in the past not the present (much like quitting smoking for example). 

WAYS TO SHORTEN, EASE, OR SOMETIMES STOP DETOX SYMPTOMS: 

Support your Detox organs with nutrition:

  1. For EMF products, simply take the products off (unplug them, etc). Then, reintroduce each product one at a time to ease the detox process. Don't hesitate to reach out to us for further guidance! However, for a more effective approach, we highly recommend options 2 through 4 below.

  2. First drink a lot of filtered water!!! Then support Gallbladder, Liver, Kidneys, and Lymphs…

  3. Get lots of rest! Read your body and know when it is time to take a break and rest to fuel and re-energize your body.

  4. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar – for Gallbladder, Liver, & Kidney Support (take for 4 to  12 weeks). Often the most important of these three! This has helped many greatly! Drink  in water: 3 Tbsp ACV per 16oz of water. Start with 2 to 4 Tbsp per day and slowly add  each day to work up to 10 Tbsp/day for a 120lb person (or 12 Tbsp/day for a 175lb  person, 14 Tbsp/day for 250lb+ person). Be consistent and don’t skip days! 

  5. Bromelain Quercitin Complex — for biological toxin support (Bromelain is a great Proteolytic  Enzyme for example). Take MANY per day if needed between meals (not with food)…6  to 15+ caps/day depending on severity of symptoms. It is near impossible to avoid EMF’s in today’s modern society so we suggest remediation with products that work! But here are ways to help avoid EMF’s:

For Those Who Do NOT Have Products That Are Proven On Human Cells To Work… They Might Want To Follow These Helpful Guidelines To Achieve Digital Well-Being: 

  1. Try to switch off your devices at night and when not in use: mobile phones, laptops, wifi routers, Bluetooth, etc. 

  2. Increase distance: for example, sit at arm’s length from your computer or re-position electric alarm clocks farther away from your body while in bed. If you are using the ROOM HARMONIZER by your bed or computer this should help greatly. Hold your cell phone away from your body at least 1 inch or more, especially when in use. (Read Cell Phone instructions and warnings and you’ll see most advise this already yet almost nobody reads these suggestions of course.) Fans produce huge Electromagnetic Fields so keep these FAR from where you sit or sleep and AVOID ceiling fans altogether! Or call us for advice on how to remediate these with a DEVICE CHIP.

  3. Set your personal digital well-being goals. Install apps to monitor and control and reduce screen time to prevent over-usage and disable the devices the rest of the time.

  4. If you have the ability to go outside and spend 20 to 30 minutes+ in bare feet or non-rubber soled shoes on the grass or ground to get rid of excess charges that can make things worse.

  5. Sleep with your cell phone on either airplane mode or as far away as possible.

  6. Keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices OUT of the bedroom, such as baby monitors, Alexa or Google Home, Routers, Gaming Stations, Smart TVs (although when these are “off” they stop emitting microwaves), etc.

  7. Avoid (or remediate) Google Home, Alexa, X-Box or Play Station along with all bluetooth headsets and quite frankly anything bluetooth or Wi-Fi that isn’t remediated correctly.

  8. Do not sleep on an adjustable bed or any other bed that plugs into an outlet.

  9. Most do not know but don’t fans or ceiling fans, or at least keep the fans very far from the bed. Avoid them unless you have a DEVICE CHIP on it and even then you should still keep these over 6 feet from the edge of your bed. Surprisingly they produce large, disruptive EMF fields around them which produce “Front & Back” EMF’s.

  10. Limit your time with tech and spend more time with your family and friends or people you enjoy. Spending time with loved ones and close to nature can be an efficient way to minimize digital distractions

  11. As harmful radiation emitted by these devices is one of the biggest threats to humans: make sure to place your home WiFi router at a safe distance from where you and your family spend the most time and some even replace the wireless network with a hardwired internet connection wherever possible (especially in places equipped with multiple devices such as computer labs)

  12. “Disable” the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on as many devices as you can. For example, EMF Solutions Representative, Dr. Paul uses corded earphones and puts wireless devices like Health watches on Airplane mode so it does not emit Microwave Radiation. You can also do this for Wi-Fi printers that you use cords with, etc.

  13. Avoid living near powerlines, transformers (on powerline poles), large outdoor electrical boxes, cell phone towers or antennas, or other common sense sources of EMF exposure. If you already do then call us. If you are in the San Diego area we’ll likely give you a free estimate for remediating your entire house or apartment and from ALL of these devices around your home.

  14. Repair faulty wiring which may be generating higher than usual EMF.

Foundational Steps towards Wellness

I can't overemphasize how important simple habits are to your sanity not to mention your health

I say these things to my patients very, very often because I want to ingrain it in their heads. I’ll say it again because it’s so important: I can’t overemphasize doing the things below to aid your healing journey. Many come in desperate in pain, with cancer or other disease, like allergies or autoimmune issues. How they got to my office is a story of deprivation often missing one or more components below. Your body will be operating at a deficit if you don’t do these things. Southern California is fast paced, full of demands and stress that will eat your health up unless you are intentional about being healthy. What are the simple, nuts and bolts daily activities to keep you energetic and vibrant?

Your daily energy to live comes from stored energy in the body. My whole goal with treatment is to charge up cells that are weak. Did you know that cancer cells have the lowest charge? Stress, nutritional deficiencies, Injuries, lack of sun, dehydration, lack of sleep, etc are dis-chargers. You are charged up after a treatment which normalizes body energy and therefore cleansing and nutrient absorption capabilities. What are the practical everyday healthy tools? For you, one thing may be more important than others especially if you're not getting one of these items regularly. So focus on those items that you need to work on the most.

S’s for Successful Health

  1. Sleep and rest at least seven to eight hours, preferably 8. If you don’t rest your don’t heal! I ask every one of my patients how they are sleeping and address the cause of their lack of sleep from the start.

  2. Shift away from Electro smog. This is most common cause of sleep issues. In our modern culture, we are so over exposed to electrical smog from Wi-Fi, cell phone, cordless phones Etc, that some authorities call it the greatest health threat of our day. It is critical that you ground yourself to the natural PEMF- pulse electromagnetic frequency of the earth. Go out in the sun. Walk Barefoot on the grass or sand. Touch a tree. Get PEMF at our office. Get your home remediated. Implement things to do now to reduce electro smog on your body.

  3. Supply and Stay Nourished & get Support from at least 1 other person that builds you up, particularly with regard to healthy eating. If they tend towards discouraging you, they may not be the best accountability partner. If necessary get, professional accountability at first if you are at your wits end. I encourage that if you have been diagnosed or or suspect cancer, heart disease, chronic pain or Autoimmune issues. Supplementation with high quality, non toxic supplements will probably be necessary. We use a Science based approach to measure what you need for vitamins, herbs, etc…

  4. Sift/Cleanse with pure water. Poorly filtered refrigerated water or God forbid, tap water is Nasty! If you knew what was in tap water, you would cringe. Drink 1/2 your body weight in oz. 96 oz maximum. More water if you are sweating a lot. I prefer Berkey water or Reverse Osmosis not only for effectiveness in purifying water but for cost savings as well.

  5. Sensitize yourself to your Body’s needs. Listen to your body get power naps if necessary. Fight Stress with quiet times and stress reduction techniques. Deep breathing or walks or…?

  6. Steps towards body movement are critical for not only oxygenation but also for rejuvenating and refreshing your body. It’s great to help maintain your bodies youthfulness. If time is your greatest hindrance, here is a great 4 min exercise to multiply your workouts.

6. Sanitize and support your body with Apple Cider vinegar and other fermented foods daily. Fermented food are powerful for your Gut community. Earth tooth paste is not only great for infections and pain on your on all areas of discomfort as well as scar tissue till it drys, the thicker the paste the more the detox. Please avoid sensitive areas like eyes.

7. Sanitize with Epsom salt bath for 30 minutes, full body if you can, but at least the hands and feet for 30 minutes each, I like using Magnagel which is Epson salt (magnesium) in a bottle. We are a culture depleted in our Magnesium do to poor agricultural methods and eating habits.
