All that to say, I’m on this health journey with you and yes I take a lot of supplements based on pre and post lab testing to know which ones I need to be on as well as the ones I don’t need anymore. The Next Big Thing in Kids Supplements

If you have kids, you know how tough it can be for some kids to swallow supplements. You know that they should be having their vegetables, vitamins and minerals.  Getting it down is another story. For certain kids, its very easy but for other kids it's like pulling teeth.
