How to Apply First Application (Initial loading):
Clean and dry skin before application.
Where to apply:
Apply generously (2 tsp), like sunscreen to the whole body.
You can choose Targeted areas of symptoms. But having been trained and doing acupressure on my patients, it's best to do everything so you don't miss sources of pain that are not at the pain site.
Massage in circular motions until fully absorbed.

Important Guidelines:
