Research is ongoing to fully understand the mechanisms and efficacy of red light therapy in many pains and symptoms and can be preventative. Early findings are promising and suggest that it could be a valuable complementary treatment.

Actions Steps:

1.  Place pad surrounding desired area2.  Set timer for 15 min

3.  Set Frequency button to All (not 660 or 850)

4.  Set Level/intensity to 3 to 5 depending on your comfort level.  It can hot but it won't burn.  Just reduce level if necessary

5.  Wait 60 min and then repeat above with the pad on top of the head for 15 min according to above settings. *Warning: pad and your body can burn if you don’t do this’

Cardiovascular Aging

During the initial treatment phase, light therapy:

  • Lowered the increase in heart muscle mass related to aging in both modified and normal mice (significant effect).

  • Decreased the volume of the heart's main pumping chamber at rest in the modified mice (significant effect).

  • Reduced the size of the left heart chamber in both types of mice (significant effect).

  • Increased the percentage of blood pushed out of the heart's main pumping chamber with each heartbeat (significant effect).

  • Made the wall of the body's main artery less stiff (significant effect).

  • Improved walking balance, showing better muscle and nerve coordination (significant effect).

These benefits continued even after a break in the treatment. Light therapy also led to a significant increase in a specific protein in the blood of the modified mice, suggesting beneficial changes. Skin tightening on the face, use small velcro strap to form dome. Turn on the dome on level 5 and set timer for 20 minutes. Lay down. Place the black goggles on the eyes. Now place the dome over your face and relax.

When using the red light dome, never let the dome touch the face. 

Reduce pain and inflammation press the power button on. Adjust the power to level 5. 

Instructions for Pain:

Set the timer for 15 minutes.

Wait one hour before placing the pad in the same area. 

May be used up to 4 times per day in the same area.

If you Just got injured, start with 10 minutes on level 5. 

You can add increments of 5 minutes at a time, if the area being treated can tolerate the heat. 


May be used multiple times per day.

 For fat reduction on the body, place on area for 20 min on level 3.
