70+ years of combined clinical experience, at your service

When it comes to your health, blood work is more than just numbers on a page. From a functional medicine perspective, labs tell a bigger story: how your body systems are working together, where imbalances may be developing, and how we can create a strategy to restore optimal wellness.

Unlike conventional medicine, which often focuses only on whether your results fall within a “normal” range, functional medicine looks deeper. We interpret labs through the lens of optimal ranges, trends, and root causes, helping you understand what your body is truly saying.

Two Ways to Receive Your Results

I believe every patient should have access to their health story in a way that works best for them. That’s why I offer two options for presenting your blood work results:

  • Option 1: Face-to-Face Consultation ($125)
Spend one-on-one time with me reviewing your labs in detail. We’ll walk through each marker, discuss patterns, and create a personalized action plan tailored to your goals. This includes Q&A time and deeper education about what the labs reveal.

  • Option 2: Written Report & Recommendations (Half Price)
For those who prefer a more budget-friendly approach, I provide a clear written summary of your results with practical recommendations. This option doesn’t include face-to-face time but still gives you functional medicine insights you can act on right away.

Why This Matters

Many patients find that once they see their blood work through a functional lens, they finally understand:

  • Why they feel tired even when labs are “normal.”

  • How small imbalances can point to bigger issues down the road.

  • Which nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement strategies can help bring their results into the optimal range.

This approach empowers you to take ownership of your health with clarity and confidence.
