The room harmonizer prongs can break. Please be careful and try not to move it too much. If it does you have 2 options:

Send it back to emfsol. Send a email of your intention to info@emfsol.com and pay for shipping plus $10 for a new housing unit. Or….
Go to Dollar store and get the above. First break off the other prong and hot glue or super glue the above to the back of the room harmonizer. That way you will have protection and no delay because you have to wait for room harmonizer to be repaired.
